4. Based on the size of your order, we will let you know approximately when to expect your meat to be processed. Growing cattle is not a fast process so please be patient with us. It could be days from when you place your order but it could also be weeks or even months depending on availability. Can’t rush perfection!
5. When it is time for your cow to be processed, we will give you ample notice so that you can make preparation to pick up your meat. Depending on the processor, it could be 7-21 days from when we deliver the animal until you are able to pick it up. Flavorful tip: The longer you leave the meat hanging (or “aging”), the more tender it will be.
6. The processor will call you to tell you your meat is ready.
